Conflict is an inevitable part of human relationships, including within the church and ministry. This course equips students with a robust biblical framework for understanding, navigating, and resolving interpersonal and organizational disputes. Drawing from key scriptures—such as the peacemaking principles of Christ in Matthew 18—students will explore the spiritual, emotional, and relational roots of conflict. Emphasis is placed on transforming disputes into opportunities for grace, growth, and reconciliation, shifting the focus from simply "managing" a problem to actively restoring relationships.
